Jill Armijo has dedicated her life to helping others. She is the founder of a Facebook group called “Caregivers Living Abundantly” which has over 1.3 thousand members.
“We’re devoted to our mission of helping 7 million caregivers worldwide connect with other caregivers in our communities to create a family we can rely on for emotional, physical, and financial growth and independence to thrive.”

Armijo is a self-care coach and a business guide for caregivers, as well as a physical therapist guide. She has always had a passion for helping others and is always extending a helping hand to those who want a support system.
Her husband has experienced many hardships such as PTSD and schizophrenia. His time in the Navy during the Gulf War has had a lasting impact on not only his physical health but his mental health. Her desire to help her husband heal fueled her passion to help others.
Armijo wrote a book titles “Home of the Unknown Soldier” that discusses her husbands trouble and how they overcame challenges. She shares her emotions during the healing process and her journey to becoming a life coach. Finding the tools to help live a happy life made her want to help other caregivers feel the same way.
