Viki Esther Chang boasts a diverse range of life experiences, including over 20 years as an educator in Singapore’s formal education institutions. Her career has taken her to live and work across Singapore, China, and Europe, and she has traveled to more than 20 countries. A product of Singapore’s esteemed education system, she is dedicated to her passions and driven by a mission to contribute to the world and humanity through her modest means. She values reaching for the stars while remaining grounded, upholding the increasingly rare yet vital values of filial piety, humility, respect for all, and placing others before herself.
Presently, she serves as a lecturer for the master’s degree program at the University of East London’s Singapore Branch, School of Advanced Technology and Digital Media. Also a certified Singapore Registered Instructor for Communications and Leadership, she is a highly sought-after trainer for speaking and communication skills within various private educational entities and teaches Business for Higher Education, with a focus on Entrepreneurship.
Chang is an internationally recognized business author, with her book ‘Gold Nuggets for Entrepreneurs – Lessons That Change Your Life’ reaching Amazon top seller status. Her work is endorsed by the National University of Singapore, Central Library, and Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, Business Library, among other prestigious institutions. Her books, including ‘Gold Nuggets’ and ‘Candle in the Wind – Dreams of a Daughter,’ are accessible to the general public at all Public Libraries under the National Library Board of Singapore. She has also organized significant international hybrid events, such as the “Humanity Summit – Crossing the Chasm,” with the support of the National Library Board of Singapore.

 Lillian S. Cauldwell, Wernersville, PA

IIn 2005, Ms. Lillian Cauldwell founded and managed an internet talk radio network, Passionate World Talk Radio Network, under her primary company, Global Media Network LLC. Over 20 years, the station has attracted over 7 million listeners, with 4 million gained in just two years through daily, weekly, and monthly retweets of all PWTR Network’s shows.

PWTR Network reaches a global audience in more than 176 countries. Over half of its listeners are millennial males (57%), found across colleges and universities, financial institutions, military and police forces, libraries, education boards, school districts, the travel sector, sports, technology, and the food industry.

Ms. Cauldwell advocates for lesser-known authors, ensuring their stories are heard. She assists individuals, interviewers, talk hosts, and podcasters in refining their presentation and interviewing skills through coaching, webinars, and personalized training.

Ms. Lillian Cauldwell has authored several books. Her non-fiction book, “Teenagers! A Bewildered Parent’s Guide,” was listed in the top ten by Ingram’s Distributors. Invited by Lakeland Community College, she taught in their Continuing Education department, guiding parents on managing their teenagers’ behavior. When her son was accepted at Parson’s School of Design, her parenting book “Teenagers” was distributed to all professors to read before teaching their incoming freshman, sophomore, and transfer student classes.

In 2023, Ms. Lillian Cauldwell was approached by a Singaporean businesswoman to write a book on podcasting. Ms. Cauldwell wrote the book, which had a limited publication. She plans to convert the original book into an eBook titled “Dive into Podcasting: Get Your Voice Heard!”

Moreover, she has written several science fiction, fantasy, and paranormal books targeted at African American and Hispanic tweens and teens, as well as short stories and poetry.
