In today’s episode of Scam DamNation host Lillian Cauldwell warns about Customer Service Scams and gives key tips to help protect your personal information.—where unsuspecting callers believe they’ve reached a company’s support line, only to be redirected into a scam.

🔹 Red Flags to Watch For: 1️⃣ Slow down—don’t rush into providing personal information. 2️⃣ Be extra cautious when booking trips—travel scams are rampant. 3️⃣ Avoid posting customer service complaints on social media—scammers prey on them. 4️⃣ Ignore unsolicited messages about customer service issues—they’re often bait. 5️⃣ Most importantly: Never answer calls from unfamiliar numbers, click on unsolicited links, or grant remote access to your computer—even if a company’s name appears on your phone.
