TODAY’S TRUTH: A BRIBE OR A LAWSUIT?
Special Report w/Lillian: Bribery Disguised as a Lawsuit Settlement?
We investigate the current administration’s latest controversial move—using federal lawsuit settlements as a front for what some are calling outright bribery.
Author Moukawsher alleges that this tactic is becoming one of the administration’s favorite grifts: filing questionable personal lawsuits against individuals and corporations, leveraging presidential influence to extract payouts.
According to reports, the administration has already secured $15 million from ABC News and $25 million from Meta over dubious claims. But this time, the stakes are even higher.
Moukawsher points to a pre-election interview with Kamala Harris, arguing that a selectively edited excerpt was used to portray her as more coherent than she would have appeared in a longer version. Based on this, the administration has allegedly demanded a staggering $20 billion—payable directly to the president.
Additionally, he claims that this situation extends beyond just one individual—suggesting that 60 Minutes engaged in a massive fraud against the public, which supposedly devastated the administration’s revenue streams.
A lawsuit or a calculated bribe? You decide. Tune in to Special Report w/Lillian for a closer look at the unfolding drama.

TODAY’S TRUTH: ABOUT DEREGULATION
Summary of Kimberly Wehle’s Opinion
Kimberly Wehle’s recent opinion piece critiques the current administration’s executive order, *Directing the Repeal of Unlawful Regulations*. She argues that this directive undermines the rule of law by bypassing constitutional checks and balances, particularly the Supreme Court’s authority to interpret the limits of executive power. Wehle warns that the administration’s actions could cause irreversible harm to the Republic, eroding foundational principles of governance. Despite the copyright restrictions on broadcasting or reproducing her work, she emphasizes the importance of public awareness regarding these developments.

– Summary by Lillian CauldwellWho needs a warrant to arrest and deport immigrants? Not the United States—at least, not anymore. Through an executive order, the current administration has mandated that all immigrants, whether born in the U.S. or recently arrived via the southern border, are now subject to deportation under a controversial interpretation of the law. The administration has invoked the 1787 Act of Enemies, granting sweeping powers to deport individuals without due process or access to legal counsel. This decision effectively overrides constitutional protections, leaving even natural-born citizens vulnerable to deportation if mistakenly identified as immigrants. Heartbreakingly, this policy extends to children, including those battling rare illnesses, as they are deemed potential threats to national security. Critics argue that this approach undermines fundamental rights and human dignity, sparking widespread debate and concern.
FBI Issues Warning About Scammers Impersonating Agents
The FBI has recently alerted the public to a concerning trend: scammers posing as FBI agents to target victims of previous scams. These fraudsters claim they can recover your stolen money and personal information from the original scammers, but it’s all a ploy to scam you again.
Be Cautious—Recognize the Red Flags: These scammers often promise to immediately restore all your stolen information and funds. If you encounter such offers, take note of these critical signs:
- Real FBI agents will never demand urgency. They gather necessary information methodically and do not pressure you.
- The FBI will never request payment in cryptocurrency, gift cards, checks, or postal orders.
- Legitimate agents do not ask for money—period.
- The FBI does not solicit personal or financial details through emails, phone calls, text messages, or letters, nor do they issue threats.
How to Stay Safe: If you or anyone in your household receives suspicious communication:
- Delete unsolicited emails, texts, or messages, and never click on unfamiliar links or URLs.
- If you get a call, do not answer or hang up immediately. The longer the conversation, the greater the risk.
- Report any suspicious activity to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), your state’s Attorney General, or your local police department.
Remember, these scammers are not to be trusted. Protect yourself and your loved ones by staying vigilant.
Rogan O’Handley Questions Trump Administration on Habeas Corpus Suspension
Right-wing commentator and influencer Rogan O’Handley, known by his online handle “DC Draino,” recently raised a provocative question: will the Trump administration suspend the writ of habeas corpus to bypass judicial rulings and expedite the deportation of undocumented immigrants without due process?
“Can you please let us know if and when the Trump administration is planning to suspend the writ of habeas corpus to circumvent these radical judges?” O’Handley asked, accusing federal judges of “thwarting [Trump’s] agenda with an unprecedented number of national injunctions.”
This inquiry comes amid intensifying criticism from Republicans and the administration toward judges who have ruled against White House policies. Last month, a Republican congressman called for the impeachment of Chief Judge James Boasberg of the U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C., after he blocked Trump’s use of the Alien Enemies Act to deport hundreds of undocumented immigrants to El Salvador.
Adding to the controversy, the FBI recently arrested Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan for allegedly assisting a migrant in evading arrest by escorting him out of her courtroom.
A Historical Parallel The suspension of habeas corpus is not without precedent in U.S. history. During the Civil War, President Abraham Lincoln invoked this measure, raising questions about the balance between national security and individual rights.
As the current administration has suggested, they may look to historical laws from over 200 years ago to justify actions they believe will “make the U.S. great again.”

Alarming revelations about the current administration’s actions has come to the ears of the American public. The administration allegedly enabled the US Justice Department to authorize ICE agents to raid homes without signed warrants, invoking the 1787 Alien Enemy Act to detain men suspected—without evidence—of Venezuelan descent and gang affiliation. These individuals were reportedly deported to El Salvador for life sentences without due process or fair trials, violating constitutional rights. A leaked memo to the Justice Department exposed these practices, prompting journalists to bring the issue to public attention. The report highlights the administration’s stance that not everyone is entitled to a fair trial, raising serious concerns about legality and justice.
