Betsy Wurzel speaks with Angela Olea, Chief Executive Officer of Assisted Living Locators, How and why the Assisted Living Locator was created. Angela Olea registered nurse, launched Assisted Living Locators in response to seeing aging patients have unnecessary hospital readmissions and a lack of community support. In an effort to evoke positive change and ease of care transition for patients, Angela created a National Readmissions Prevention Specialized Program for community care providers to reduce hospital readmissions. These are the many reasons for being an Advocate and creating solutions that will help many.
