In 2005, Lillian S. Cauldwell established the Passionate World Talk Radio Network, which has been operational for 20 years. During this period, Ms. Cauldwell launched a weekly podcast named ‘Author B-Known’ and maintained a live program at the station. Additionally, PWTR received invitations for five consecutive years to join and conduct interviews with both fiction and non-fiction writers at the Miami International Book Festival each November.
Ms. Cauldwell later initiated two more podcasts: ‘Lest We Forget Historical,’ which explores ongoing historical issues that humanity has yet to resolve, and ‘Scam DamNation,’ inspired by her personal encounters with romantic scams. She created the latter to assist others affected by scams, aiding them in recovering and returning to normalcy.
Recently, in September, Lillian was asked by Viki Esther Chang to co-host a new show titled ‘State of Current Affairs.’ Together, they tackle topics often avoided by others, such as politics, religion, free speech, faith, climate change, ongoing conflicts, weapons of mass destruction, population issues, immigration, sovereignty, various forms of pollution, and the myriad challenges facing the world, including those related to outer space.

Viki Esther Chang
Viki Esther Chang is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in education, having taught in Singapore’s formal institutions. She has lived and worked in Singapore, China, and Europe, traveling to more than 20 countries. Proud of her Singaporean roots and its top-tier education system, she approaches her passions with a sense of mission, striving for excellence and giving back to society. Her values of filial piety, humility, respect, and selflessness guide her.
Currently, Viki is a lecturer for the University of East London’s Master’s program at the Singapore Branch, specializing in Advanced Technology and Digital Media. She also serves as a business lecturer, focusing on entrepreneurship, and is a certified Singapore Registered Instructor for Communications and Leadership. Viki is a highly sought-after trainer in public speaking and communications for private educational organizations.
Viki is an internationally published author. Her book Gold Nuggets for Entrepreneurs – Lessons That Change Your Life became an Amazon bestseller and is featured at Singapore’s National University, Nanyang Technological University, and other institutions. Alongside this, her book Candle in the Wind – Dreams of a Daughter is available at Singapore’s public libraries. Viki has organized international hybrid events, such as the Humanity Summit – Crossing the Chasm, a global livestream supported by the National Library Board of Singapore.
Outside of academia, Viki is a real estate investor with properties in Europe and Asia. She enjoys swimming and podcasting. Fluent in some French, she studied at Université Michel de Montaigne in Bordeaux, France. Her academic background includes a Bachelor’s in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Theology from Heritage Baptist School of Theology, and qualifications in Digital Marketing and E-commerce, among other achievements.
