In this episode of “Lest We Forget Historical,” host Lillian Cauldwell continues to share information on how to pack prescription medication for a flight, whether in carry-on or checked luggage. Last week, Ms. Cauldwell informed her audience about the TSA’s 3-1-1-1 Ruling, which often prohibits prescription medications from being carried by passengers because some countries do not approve of the drug or have banned it.

Consequently, many people cancel their flights, both domestic and international, to avoid the risk of having to reorder their medications at full price upon arrival, going without them, or facing issues when not allowed to bring their anxiety or liquid medications. This includes over-the-counter medications and vitamins. In today’s episode, Ms. Cauldwell offers advice on how to circumvent these challenges and protect oneself from TSA complications.
