Dr. Mitchell Clionsky, PhD, is a board-certified clinical neuropsychologist with 45 years of experience in assessing and treating cognitive impairment, dementia, ADHD, and traumatic brain injury. Together, they have developed the Memory Orientation Screening Test.
In this engaging and informative interview, they discussed their new book, Dementia Prevention: Using Your Head to Save Your Brain. We explore practical strategies for dementia prevention, such as maintaining a healthy diet, regular exercise, managing LDL cholesterol, and keeping blood glucose and triglycerides at normal levels to reduce the risk of heart disease and diabetes.
