Conservatives’ childish fit over gay characters in books and liberals’ censorship of Roald Dahl are 2 juvenile sides of the same coin: a childish love of silencing what we don’t like. Meanwhile, studies have found trigger warnings are threatening college students’ mental health. Enough is enough. This sets a bad precedent; art is neither responsible for kids’ good nor bad behavior: THEY are! Political censorship embarrasses both liberals and conservatives.
