What2DoWhen: You’re Stressed Out?

Getting stressed out?

The holiday always seem to do that to you.

One must remember that we started celebrating Christmas back in July when Hallmark introduced its Christmas in July campaign. It’s been going on since then. Six whole months.

Can you imagine that? Every month since July, somewhere in the United States thought about Christmas and either started buying Christmas presents, holiday gear, artificial Christmas trees complete with lights and music. They even have a three-D artificial tree one can hang on the wall to save floor space. Imagine that!

I’m one of these people who buys presents six months ahead of time. I wait until the last moment to wrap them; otherwise I miss some of the anxiety and hopelessness one starts to feel when they can’t find that perfect gift two hours before it becomes Christmas day.

An internet radio station has solved that problem for you.

Go over to https://passionateworldtalkradio.com and click on FINGER MEDITATION. They provide a finger meditation maze with instructions on how to do it. This is literally, “Let your fingers do that walking” through the maze.

You’ll be surprised how much calmer and un-anxiety ridden you feel after your fingers complete the maze two times. It’s like all times.

Your body is in tune with your mind and you’re ready to take the world by storm.

On this eve of Christmas, let me say this: Merry Christmas! Happy Holidays! May the Lord keep you safe, warm, healthy, wealthy and wise.

All this from doing a simple finger meditation maze at Passionate World Talk Radio Network. Go ahead. Make your day! Your Evening! Your Week!

And Let your fingers do the walking to a stress-free life and work zone!

Until next time… .

What's your reaction?

I have been surfing online more than 3 hours today,
yet I never found any interesting article like yours. It’s pretty worth enough for
me. In my opinion, if all website owners and bloggers made good content
as you did, the web will be a lot more useful than ever before.
