Peruquois is a lyricist and composer of her own music and facilities women’s workshops to help women heal, and empower women to find their own authentic voices! Peruquois and Betsy discussed how she found her authentic voice through nature after being unhappy with not being her authentic self!
In this interview, Peruquois and Betsy discussed how society puts people in “boxes” by limiting their potential, how we are happiest by only being our authentic selves, and how important it is to find our own voice! Also discussed was how social media has its good and not-so-good influences on society.
Peruquois also provided information on the women’s workshops which are available on her website. Betsy was deeply honored to hear Peruquois sing a few verses of a song she wrote for her daughter called “Be Yourself”.
