Fair Vote is where the candidates are arranged in order of popularity and value by the voters before the candidates win. Fair Vote.org can be found in 10 states. Among them are Alaska, New York, Wyoming to name a few. They want to run the Presidential election making it a more positive outcome for the voters who actually get the people they want to represent them win at the polls.
