Today’s interview is with Melissa Maranzano, Director of Program Planning and Quality Assurance at Innerspace Counseling, and Serene Mind and Ajita Shah Owner, Program Director at Innerspace Counseling and Serene Mind. Melissa Maranzano and Ajita Shah discuss what Innerspace Counseling and Serene Mind Agencies have to offer from age 8 and up for Mental Healthcare Issues.

Melissa and Ajita discuss what signs to look for in a young child who may be having issues such as depression or anxiety.

Innerspace Counseling and Serene Mind also have services for teenagers and adults. This is a wonderful resource here in Old Bridge, New Jersey.

Melissa Maranzano suggested a person can call or go online to see what Counseling services are offered. They will also refer individuals to other resources if necessary! They will also assist people from out of state to find resources in their area. Also discussed was how important it is to address mental health issues and it is okay to seek counseling!
