Why women are not as successful as men

Cool Your Heels Host Lillian Cauldwell interviewed Alison Cork, British Entrepreneur who was awarded MBE for services to female entrepreneurship. For the last 35 years, Alison Cork has been a role model and champion for women in enterprise.
In today’s interview, Ms. Cork and Lilian Cauldwell discussed how the educational system in the UK should be changed to allow Entrepreneurship classes to start being taught to girls and boys as young as 10 years old and be continued until they graduate from school. Internships should be demanded so that these future entrepreneurial students can obtain hands-on experience before starting their own companies. Additional discussions centered around the primary reasons why women are not as successful as men when it comes to owning a business and making it successful.
