Betsy Wurzel, Wife, Mother and Advocate

Host Betsy Wurzel is a caregiver for her husband Matt for the past 9 Years. Betsy is very vocal on bringing more awareness for Dementia/Alzheimers.  Betsy started about 2 to 3 years ago doing live Facebook videos on being a caregiver. Betsy never thought in a million years that anyone would ever watch her videos on Facebook. Well, to her surprise there was an audience just waiting for Betsy and the message she had for all Caregivers.

Well, today Betsy will again talk about the frustration on the limited knowledge the Families and the General Public have on Dementia/Alzheimer’s.

What is it that the Families and the General Public just do not get it? This is a worldwide epidemic? Betsy discusses this in her show on the Caregivers Series.

Now, what is your explanation on this question?  The first two people that give reasons for the lack of knowledge of this question, I will talk about this question on my radio show and post a picture and the explanation from the person that takes the time to answer the question.  Perhaps I should have the first two people that send in their answer to this question, I will invite you to the show and have you speak about this dilemma. It really has to be a good explanation for the question. I will have some of the caregivers that are on the series be the judges for the two winners.  So let the contest begin.

World Alzheimer’s Month

Now, I have asked in all my blogs to share these blogs, as there is information that could help other caregivers. To help each other we all need to listen to the person that is either the Host, Guest Host that is speaking on the audio and most important to share these blogs.  We cannot accomplish awareness without your help. I also want to bring awareness that this series is on Apple/iTunes.
