Today, Betsy is discussing some suggestions about grieving during the holidays. Betsy would like the audience to know it’s okay to feel sad and happy! Perhaps You can start new traditions for yourself and your family!

There have been some changes for Betsy and her son as they started going out for Thanksgiving Dinner and cooking Thanksgiving Dinner on Christmas Eve! Betsy is not a grief counselor or a therapist but speaks from her own experiences as a Caregiver for her Mother-in-law, and over 10 years as a caregiver for her husband Matt.
Should you have been experiencing some issues with caregiving and the holidays,  Please consult your Primary Care Physician for Mental Health Resources in your area! You will have much information on this interview with Betsy.
Please listen to this discussion with Betsy about Grieving and the Holidays, and what changes she has made.
