Jill Johnson-Young is the author of The Rebellious Widow, A Practical Guide to Love and Life After Loss, and Jill discusses why she wrote the book and talks about how she lost 2 wives. Jill also discusses breaking the rules of grieving that society has given us! Jill discusses how grieving affects our physical being.

Betsy also, recommends that if you are having difficulty with grieving please contact your doctor and ask for assistance from a mental health professional who specializes in grief therapy.
