Thank you for your advice on self help…after 7 yrs of caring for Alan I have learned a lot of these strategys…would have saved myself a lot of pain and frustration if I’d learned it earlier….I am seriously thinking of paying a carer to mind Alan so I can go to an exercise class….thank you Betsy and Marissa…xx
