Lillian and Betsy had many different topics and one was a discussion on how it is important to make time to spend together as a couple, the importance of self-care, and discussing her grieving, mental health, and background. They talked openly about suicide and the possible reasons why people think about it and unfortunately that some may go through with suicide.
