Today My guest was Samantha Wilding, she spent a 14-year career in emergency and critical care in Emergency Medical System. We discussed the hazards of working in that field and the violence that she saw and was subject to.  Being in an ambulance and taking care of patients is very different than working in the Emergency Rooms.
She ended up BURNED OUT, the physical and mental anguish of being burnt out is not an easy road to travel. It takes time to get back to your normal self, a lot of learning, understanding, commitment, and time.
She is now the founder and lead coach Of Healing Healthcare Burnout, with the mission to end burnout in the health professions.
