Arnoux Goran did not have the easiest childhood. His parents were deaf and became addicted to drugs. This led to him being abused, living in poverty, and a constant feeling of hunger. He did not let his past hold him back from creating a better future.

At age 22 Goran was left for dead. In that moment, he decided that he wanted to stop this pattern. Then came the question of how. This answer did not come east to him. After several years of searching, Goran cracked the code.

He created the Goran Technique, a way of deleting the subconscious mind of past experiences and different emotions to achieve a clean slate. The method was implemented and studied at the prestigious University of California in Irvine. The researchers found that 100% of participants from Goran’s training said they “released negative emotions permanently.”  His study was so effective with changing the mindset of students that they found themselves able to do it after the study as well.

Due to the success of the Goran Technique it is currently undergoing another study in an attempt to help more people who may be struggling from past experiences. The Goran Technique is a seven step program that helps people reprogram their brains to move beyond harmful feelings, thoughts, and patterns. Betsy Wurzel tried this technique and found that it greatly benefited her life. She talked with Goran about how her life changed and opened a conversation about the technique.

Besides his seminars teaching the technique, Goran has also written a book titled “Why You Don’t Lose Weight and How You Can.” His career continues to grow and he continues to help people reach their full potential.
