Holidays and Alzheimers with Betsy Wurzel and Colleen Sellers

 

The holidays are coming and there is much to do. Inviting family and friends to dinner. Probably a grocery list a yard long to purchase food plus decorations and in that mix is also being a Caregiver.  So to help understand how Alzheimer’s can impact your holiday preparations and more, we have Betsy Wurzel and Colleen Sellers seasoned Caregivers to talk about what they do and do not do in celebrating the Holidays.  What do you do differently for the holidays and how does your loved one respond to activities in the holidays?  How does this affect the whole family when trying something different during the holidays.  I am sure you all have some great tips on making the holidays as nice as possible for the whole family.  I hope you will share with us and perhaps help many caregivers to help them plan a holiday.
