Today Sheila Wilson’s guest is Tracy Phillips R.N.BSN. Tracy has worked in hospitals for many years and worked in many departments. One of Tracy’s jobs was working on safety and quality for patients and employees. Healthcare workers get assaulted frequently and it was mentioned that a survey was done that showed 70-80% of nurses alone get assaulted by patients, patient’s families, and even their friends.
